Flow & Relax is a unique blend of yoga styles and meditation techniques. Every monthly sequence is mindfully crafted to offer you an opportunity to stretch, improve mobility, release tension and calming racing thoughts. This class is a well-rounded yoga practice which combines movement, mindfulness and relaxation to make you feel more calm and energised.

Ciao! I’m Consuelo, a yoga and meditation teacher.
I’m here to help you to slow down & to relax so you can feel calm & energised. As a working mum who recovered from post-natal anxiety and burn-out I know exactly how it feels to have tight neck & shoulders, worrying about everything, feel tired and overwhelmed by a never ending to do list.
I blend different yoga and meditation styles, sound healing and breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system and to restore your body and mind.
