About the Event

"That was the most relaxed I have felt in a long time plus without it being a massage!"

This 75mins restorative yoga workshop offers safe havens for resting, rejuvenation and re-connection. The gentle stretches help you to release physical tension and to connect with a more natural breath which is a powerful tool to bring a relaxed, grounded and centered state of being.

If you desire to feel grounded, to bring your mind out of overthinking, to switch off form the outside noise and tune inward to a state of inner calm, wait no more and BOOK YOUR SPOT.

Are you still not convinced?

Here are a few benefits of practicing restorative yoga:

Freeing up your breath

In restorative yoga, the breath moves freely and with a sense of ease and depth. By releasing tension in the body and freeing up the breath, you can affect change in the actual structure of the body and the state of the mind.

Living longer and healthier

Restorative yoga creates the ideal conditions to bring the relaxation response to the nervous system. When you switch from the "flight or fight" mode to a relaxed state, you foster the longevity systems of long term health, including digestion, elimination, reproduction, growth and repair, and immunity.

Giving you permission to DO LESS

In a modern culture of ‘doing’ and ‘achieving’, it’s easy to think that lying down for 1hr over a bolster is somehow indulgent to the extent that you may be reluctant to give yourself permission to do it. This practice asks you to bring your focus inward which is essential for your health, healing and true renewal.
