A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to devote some time to yourself. Away from the distractions and the responsibilities of everyday life, this is a safe and intentional space for self-care and community.
Sip on rich, ceremonial-grade cacao and participate in gentle yoga stretches, breathwork and guided meditation.Â
No previous experience required.
