Cacao Ceremony - CANCELED

A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to devote some time to yourself. Away from the distractions and the responsibilities of everyday life, this is a safe and intentional space for self-care and community.

Sip on rich, ceremonial-grade cacao and participate in gentle yoga stretches, breathwork and guided meditation. 

No previous experience required.

HIGH LEVEL SCHEDULE

6:00pm - Gentle stretches

6:15pm - Drinking Cacao

6:25pm - Breathwork

6:45pm - Guided meditation

WHAT TO BRING

• Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in
• Your yoga mat
•  Extra layer (shawl, blanket) to cover your arms, legs, feet during the guided meditation

REFUND POLICY

If you cancel by midnight of Wed the 8th Nov, you'll get 80% of the ticket price back. Otherwise, your ticket won't be refunded. You can either gift your ticket to someone else or keep the credit for another workshop.
