Start 2023 with a relaxing, detoxifying and healing yoga & sound bath workshop! ✨
You're exposed to thousands of invisible yet insidious chemicals on a daily basis — in the air you breathe, the food you eat, the water you drink and the products you put on our skin.
Your body is naturally equipped to deal with toxins; however, sometimes the natural cleansing systems - which include your lymphatic system, skin, breathing, elimination and liver function - can be overtaxed.
You're also continuously exposed to social media feeds, news, emails, advertisements which create a type of toxicity which is mental and emotional in nature. In this case, your nervous system can be overburdened, often resulting in chronic fatigue, stress and burn out.
In this 90mins January Detox Workshop, you'll boost your natural detoxification processes - on a physical, mental & emotional level - through a mindfully designed yoga sequence and a relaxing sound bath.
The workshop will end with a tea ceremony, where you'll have the chance to drink a detoxifying cup of tea while nibbling on some light snacks.
HIGH LEVEL SCHEDULE
-> Welcome & intro (10mins)
-> Yoga practice (40mins)
-> Sound bath (25mins)
-> Tea ceremony (15mins)
The workshop will be held in an exclusive location in London W6. The address will be confirmed after your purchase.
