About the Event

New Year, New Vision! is a FREE 60 min wellbeing workshop focused on discovering a more meaningful path for your year ahead.

A typical resolution-setting approach doesn't work because it's often superficial and set in response to external pressures or expectations. In this session we'll delve into the heart of your aspirations though heart-body-mind connection.

This session include:

  • Mindful intention setting exercise
  • A yoga & breathwork practice to release anxiety for the future
  • A guided meditation to discover your vision for 2024

This workshop is for those who are enthusiastic about wellbeing and they’re seeking a fresh perspective on goal-setting by breaking free from the limitations of traditional new year’s resolutions.

Suitable for beginners. No yoga or meditation experience is required.


This workshop is limited to 12 participants. If you book beyond this capacity you'll be placed on a waiting list.

Meet your teacher

Consuelo Cogrossi is an holistic wellbeing expert. Her mission is to help people managing anxiety with confidence and ease.

As a working mum who recovered from an eating disorder and postnatal anxiety, she understands the struggle of mentally counting calories while perusing restaurant menus and the exhaustion of a never-ending to-do list brimming with responsibilities.

Consuelo blends the best modalities from the wellbeing industry - including yoga, meditation, sound therapy, breathwork and plant medicine - empowering you to effectively manage the worries that keep you awake at night. 

With Consuelo's guidance you'll learn the tools to confidently navigate the demands of modern life, so you can feel more balanced and energised.
