The objective of this 1 hour workshop is to release the grips of productivity in all aspects of your life.

This workshop is for anybody who feels like they have to earn their right to rest, anybody who wants to have a better relationship with shutting off after work, or anybody who wants to be less distracted when it is time to have fun.

This workshop will be held on Zoom on Thursday 27th Apr, 12:00-1:00pm BST. Replays are available if you can't attend live.

Hello! I'm Holly, Founder of Know your Pace and a Performance & Fulfillment Coach

I've been an anxious wreck, a bone tired and forgetful mom, and a woman who wasn't looking after herself. I've felt the pain of being ignored and not seen at work. My true life's mission is being a Performance and Fulfillment Coach. Performance is how and what we do and Fulfillment is the emotional journey that runs in tandem with our lives. Some of it feels fantastic, and other parts let us know it is crap. Combining Performance and Fulfillment means there's not an inch of you that is going to be overlooked as you step into the wonderous human being that you are.

Before starting Know Your Pace, I was in consulting and leadership development in Financial Services in The City of London.

Ciao! I’m Consuelo, Founder of Oltre Yoga and a Private Yoga Teacher

I’m here to help you to slow down & to relax so you can feel calm & energised. As a working mum who recovered from post-natal anxiety and burn-out I know exactly how it feels to be worried all the time, tired and overwhelmed by a never ending to do list full of tasks, responsibilities and someone else's priorities. I left the corporate world of project management, most recently at The Walt Disney Company, to start Oltre Yoga.

I blend different yoga and meditation styles, sound healing and breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system and to restore your body, mind and soul.
