Calories, your time is up! 

In this workshop you're going to learn practical techniques to use anytime you want to shift the last stubborn kilos, so you can reach your ideal, healthy weight without counting your calories anymore. Because what you eat and how much you exercise is important but it doesn't always guarantee you the results you're seeking. This worshop will challenge the way you think and give you the tools to make long-lasting changes in your life. 

The workshop will start with a 20mins yoga practice. If you're new to yoga don't be intimidated. Consuelo will guide you through each poses giving you options to modify according to your needs. This practice will make you feel uplifted, relaxed and ready to learn. 

The second part of the workshop will be led by Veronica, a nutritionist who has a deep passion for healthy lifestyle and she has dedicated her own life reading and learning about nutrition and mind-body connection. Get ready to learn strategies which will change how you relate to food and inspire you to change your mindset for the better.
