Join Tracey Adam (Qigong Practitioner, Breath Coach) and Consuelo Cogrossi (Yoga Teacher, Sound & Cacao Facilitator) in this unique half-day retreat in London that combines QiGong, breathwork, meditation and magical sound bath for a profound energetic experience. 

 

What to Expect

Qi Gong: Your journey begins with the gentle and meditative movements of Qi Gong. This ancient Chinese practice focuses on cultivating and balancing your qi (life force energy) through rhythmic movements, breath control, and mindful intention. Led by Tracey Adam (Qigong Practitioner and Breath Coach) this session will help you connect deeply with your body, enhancing energy flow and mental clarity.

Breathwork: Following Qi Gong, Tracey will guide you  through a powerful breathwork session designed to cleanse and energise. Through guided breathing techniques, you will learn to harness the power of your breath to release stress, boost your vitality, and achieve a profound sense of relaxation. 

Sound Bath: Conclude your retreat with an enchanting sound bath lead by Consuelo Cogrossi (Yoga Teacher, Sound & Cacao Facilitator), where you will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. The resonant frequencies and vibrations will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and facilitating emotional and physical healing.

 What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
  • Wear layers as we will be lying down for longish periods, and we don’t want you to get cold. Socks are also a good idea.

  • 09:45 AM – 10:00 AM: Arrival
  • 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Welcome Circle
  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Qi Gong & Breathwork
  • 12:00 PM – 12:15 PM: Break
  • 12:15 PM – 1:45 PM: Meditation leading into Sound Bath
  • 1:45 PM  – 2:00 PM: Closing Circle

Tracey Adam is a certified QiGong Practitioner and Transformational Breath Coach. She works with clients to design efficient and ergonomic mind-body solutions that incorporate breath, mindfulness, and movement to boost energy levels and enhance quality of life. She also offers daily classes and runs workshops and retreats in the UK and Europe. 

Consuelo Cogrossi is a Yoga Teacher, Cacao & Sound Facilitator and a Mind-Body Coach in the making. She helps clients navigating stress, anxiety and burn out by offering an holistic approach to wellbeing which blends the best modalities from the wellbeing industry. She offers monthly workshops, private wellbeing events and 1:1 coaching.
