About the Event

This is a 2-parts workshop. We'll start by releasing physical and mental tension through a short, grounding restorative yoga sequence. This is a gentle way to prepare your body and mind to receive a beautiful soundbath lead by Michela. 

Restorative yoga is a slow floor-base practice which offers safe havens for resting, rejuvenation and re-connection. The gentle stretches help you to release tension and to connect with a more natural breath which is a powerful tool to bring a relaxed, grounded and centered state of being. The mantra in restorative yoga is “less is more”

A sound bath is a relaxing experience during which several instruments are played - from tibetan bowl to rain stick, etc.It promotes relaxation and healing and it can be used to alleviate stress. Any one can enjoy this experience and it doesn't required any physical movement.

To best experience the sound bath you should use your headphones
