About the Event
✨ THE EXPERIENCE ✨
This yoga & somatic experience is for women who feel caged, trapped, tired to hold the weight of social conditioning & limiting believes that have kept them small and quiet. They want to free themselves because intuitively they know that there is more to life.
This event is a safe space to meet & unleash the Wild Woman within yourself and to experience how it feels to allow your wild and untamed Self to be expressed through movement, sound and rituals.
You're wholeheartedly invited to join this retreat if you:
- Feel lost & disconnected from yourself & your purpose
- Are tired to please others and not getting the love & attention you want in return
- Are ready to say "enough is enough" to the social conditioning & limiting believes that have kept you small and quiet
- Want to be true to yourself and unapologetically ask for what you want
- Want to stand in your power
This event is for women ONLY.

✨ THE WILD WOMAN ARCHETYPE ✨
The Wild Woman is one of the most well-known archetypes, both as a symbol of empowerment and the "irrationality" of women. The Wild Woman is the aspect of a woman that can't be tamed. She's a fighter for her freedom 🔥, she's creative & determined.
Her energy is inward, focusing on the Self. Her purpose is to remind you to keep following your true north. Embodying the Wild Woman means to free yourself from any social norms or worry about what other people think and to become your truest, most authentic self.
✨ SOMATIC EMBODIMENT ✨
Somatic Embodiment means to honour the wisdom of your body and to develop a deeper awareness of the connection between your body sensations and your energy (thoughts, emotions, feelings, beliefs, attitude). This expanded awareness will be the source of your healing and the breadcrumbs which will lead you back to your wild, authentic self.
This part of the workshop includes breathwork, movement and rituals to embody the qualities of the Wild Woman: freedom, authenticity, creativity & determination.
One of the rituals you’ll do is to decorate your face, throat and chest with flower petals & leaves to honour your creativity and the connection to your wild, untamed Self.

💓 I really enjoyed the yoga retreat day. It was so lovely to take time to honour my body in a beautiful space with Consuelo to guide you though a beautiful experience to connect with your heart and feel love flowing through.
💓 Consuelo helped restore my calm and inner peace with her restorative yoga poses and meditation, but also made her retreat fun and inclusive.
