About the Event
Yoga Nidra for Kindness is a 30mins guided evening meditation.
Being kind to others is one of the key ingredients to build authentic and loving relationships. It makes you feel loved, connected and it gives you a sense of belonging 👯.
Kindness to others starts by being kind to yourself.
Being kind to yourself is looking at yourself in the mirror and being in awe with the beauty of your body. It's taking a nap when you feel tired. It's closing your work laptop at 6pm. It's listening for what you need and want.
This Yoga Nidra for Kindness is an opportunity to remember to be kind to yourself 💗.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that you practice lying down on the floor or on your bed. You make yourself as comfortable and warm as you can be, close the eyes and listen to my voice for 30mins.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
Come as you are, to relax and to be kind to yourself.
