WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
Yoga nidra means "Yogic Sleep", but it's not about sleeping. It's a form of guided meditation that brings you to a deep state of relaxation. In a Yoga Nidra session you normally lie down on the floor or on your bed. When your lying down it's easier to access the "in between" state you can experience between waking and sleeping. That's the state where your nervous system can re-calibrate and restore.

You don't need any previous yoga experience to join this class.
If you can lie down for 30mins, in your comfy socks, pillow and soft blanket, then you can do Yoga Nidra!
