Service Description

Yoga Nidra means "Yogic Sleep", but it's not about sleeping. It's a form of guided meditation that brings you to a deep state of relaxation. In a Yoga Nidra session you normally lie down on the floor or on your bed. When you're lying down it's easier to access the "in between" state you can experience between waking and sleeping. That's the state where your nervous system can re-calibrate and restore.
