ALIVE is an immersive somatic experience designed to awaken your senses, nourish your soul, and invigorate your spirit through movement, breath and sound. This is an event like no other!

Kundalini Yoga

We start with a series of Kundalini yoga postures and breathwork exercises aimed at unlocking energy pathways and promoting greater mental awareness and vitality throughout the body. 

Mantra chanting

We continue with a simple mantra chanting practice (no prior experience is required!). The rhythmic vibrations of these ancient sacred sounds will envelop you and create a peaceful atmosphere. Mantra chanting also helps with releasing tension, promoting relaxation and boosting confidence.  

Soul Dance

Soul dance is a unique opportunity for self-expression and exploration through movement. Guided by intuitive rhythms and beats, you'll be encouraged to move freely, releasing tension, and reconnecting with the innate wisdom of your bodies. This liberating dance experience is incredibly powerful 🔥.

Sound Bath

The event culminates in a mesmerizing sound bath, where you'll bathe in the soothing sounds of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The gentle vibrations and harmonious frequencies will wash over you, inducing a state of deep relaxation and inner balance.

ALIVE is not just an event. It's a transformative journey that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

Light refreshements and non-alcoholic drinks will be offered half-way through the experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you booked a ticket and you can't attend anymore, please get in touch via email (info@consueloyoga.com) as soon as possible. If you cancel by midnight of the 18th June, you'll get a 100% refund minus the booking fees. Otherwise you can join another event or gift your ticket to a friend.
