If you're willing to thrive rather than just survive,  you need to offer your physical, mental and emotional body space and time to SLOW DOWN and to RELEASE PRESSURE.

This is why RELAX & RECHARGE exists!

It's your opportunity to REST. To take a radical act of self-love 💕. To be in service of your physical, mental, emotional health. To recharge by doing less.

This 45mins workshop includes Gentle Yoga stretches & Sound Bath.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lay down on your back and you focus your attention on the sounds of the instruments I'll play around you, like chimes, crystal bowls and tongue drum. You're basically "bathing" in sound waves. Your body being almost 70% water will "vibrate" from the inside out. The vibration will help your nervous system to relax and to release.

Max capacity: 12 people

This event is suitable to all levels. No yoga experience required.

Please wear comfortable clothes (covering arms & legs) and bring your own yoga mat. You can do this practice in your own clothes as long as you can comfortably move in them. There's no need to change in gym clothes.
