I’m here to help you feeling energised & calm. As a working mum who recovered from post-natal anxiety and burn-out I know exactly how it feels to have tight neck & shoulders, worrying about everything, tired and overwhelmed by a never ending to do list.
I blend different yoga and meditation styles with sound healing, breathwork and plant medicine to soothe your nervous system and to recharge yourself physically, mentally & emotionally.
